What we offer

Every organisation is different so we work with you to provide a personalised service to meet your specific needs. We have an experienced team with diverse expertise that enables us to deliver a range of employee engagement services – we are not simply a ‘survey company’.

Cutting edge online surveys

Developed and refined over 14 years and used by 270 public and private sector clients, our unique online survey tool enables you access to the data whenever you want. So far over 65 million people have used our survey software. Unlike some consultancies, we don’t keep the data and charge you more when you want to analyse it differently. You will own the data and tools for cross-comparing it however you want to in the future – internally or externally with other organisations. Find out more about BOS.

This is our survey platform, what goes into it is led by you and not by a predetermined set of questions.  Sure we have questions and plenty of benchmarks, but we strongly believe that the best people to  ‘judge’ impact are your own staff, and basis on which to make strategic directions is the vision of your organisation not the one down the road.

We know that for smaller institutions coming up with the funds to offer a staff survey and receive all of the benefits that come with this can be tough.  That is why, following lots of requests from smaller and specialist institutions, we have developed a service specifically for you to keep costs to an absolute minimum. Facilitation for management and project teams

The most effective projects have:
•    A clear brief based on specific business needs
•    The buy-in and involvement of senior leaders
•    The engagement of staff and other stakeholders
•    Commitment to action.
We know that it can be difficult to gain consensus in a large organisation. Our experienced facilitators bring your diverse people together to ensure that these elements are in place at the outset. After the results have been reported, we bring key stakeholders together again to define what needs to happen next.

Rigourous analysis and reporting

Data is collected by professional social scientists using robust methodology with careful consideration for ethics and confidentiality. As well as quantitative survey data, we gather qualitative data using focus group and interview techniques. We have developed a range of creative approaches to enable people with different needs to take part.
After all the data has been gathered, we analyse and cross-compare it to answer specific questions you want answered. Then we often present all the data in an accessible and readable set of reports as well as presentations to senior managers.

Employee Communications

We believe that employees should be considered partners in the project and that the results should be shared freely with them. We design reports and other communications such as staff presentations that allow staff to see the outcomes of the project and plans for the future.
